Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Wedding Bells, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the information you add to the app. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Wedding Bells.

Subscriptions

Wedding Bells offers auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly and annual) purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the scanning feature for material you do not have the right to process.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and photos you add. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to provide the service (for example, sending a scanned invitation to our AI provider to read its details).

Sharing

When you share a wedding with someone by email, that person can view and edit that wedding's details. Only share with people you trust.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Wedding Bells available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Wedding details extracted by AI may contain mistakes — always double-check important information such as dates and RSVP deadlines.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Bells is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed events or deadlines, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
